Olympic National Park is our favorite place to visit in Washington. Starting from our venue, here is an itinerary we'd recommend.
Whether you make it a long day, or split it over a couple days, we hope you can grow to love it as much as we do!
Visit Lake Quinault Lodge, rent kayaks & paddleboards to get out on the lake, or take a stroll around the lake! Find all the info at this link-
Visit the Tree of Life! Just north of our venue, park in the parking lot and head down the trail. Once you get to the bottom, turn right!
Beach 4 has always been a special place for Alyana and her family, and it soon became special for Jacob. For this beach, wait until low tide and head out on the rocks (turning right at the bottom of the trail). On the rocks are tide pools containing sea anemone, star fish, and crabs.
One of the most beautiful beaches in Olympic National Park! If you're a Twilight fan- on your drive here, stop at 3 Rivers Resort for some greasy food, and good milkshakes, but also for some Twilight-themed things, such as the treaty line.
There's not much to say about Hurricane Ridge... except that it is awesome and you should go. There is also a lot of hiking trails that you can learn more about at the visitor's center!
Following the itinerary above, your day will be packed. Below are "honorable mention" places we recommend.
